A real NFT collection.
A practical Web3 case study.
Cricket Publishing created WebFourPointLoko, a limited collection of algorithmically generated original interstellar characters. The project combines character design, generative traits, blockchain deployment, metadata and marketplace presentation.

WebFourPointLoko is a portmanteau of Web 4.0 and Four Loko. Its three castmembers travel the cosmos, listen to Post Malone and explore an expanding universe through hundreds of combinations of colors and traits.
The collection began as a way for a father to teach his daughter about coding and grew into a shared project involving storytelling, drawing and generative art.
What Cricket Publishing can build around a collection.
Collection Architecture
Supply, release strategy, network selection and a clear plan for how the collection should function.
Metadata & Traits
Structured names, descriptions, attributes and media designed for marketplace compatibility.
Contract Presentation
Readable contract details, explorer links and plain-language explanations for collectors.
Collection Websites
Fast branded landing pages, galleries, project stories and calls to action that do not depend on a marketplace alone.
OpenSea Optimization
Collection descriptions, imagery, category presentation and stronger links between the marketplace and owned web presence.
Long-Term Utility
Practical ideas for content, membership, storytelling and brand extensions after minting.
What does the smart contract do?
The smart contract is the collection's permanent blockchain record. It identifies the collection, tracks ownership and allows compatible marketplaces and wallets to recognize the tokens.
The artwork and metadata give each NFT its visible identity. The website gives the project its story, context and search presence. A strong NFT project needs all three layers to work together.
NFT and smart contract basics.
What blockchain is the collection on?
WebFourPointLoko is on Polygon, which is also the network shown on its OpenSea collection page.
How large is the collection?
OpenSea lists 495 items in the collection.
Do I need a new smart contract?
Not always. Existing collections can often be improved through better presentation, metadata, project storytelling and marketplace-to-website integration.
Can this work nationwide?
Yes. Contract review, strategy, content, design and website development can all be delivered remotely.
Your marketplace listing should not be your entire Web3 presence.
Build a collection website that explains the contract, showcases the art and gives the project somewhere to grow.
